10. Checklist

  1. Has your thesis been fully signed off and approved by your examining committee before submitting to the Graduate Studies Office for final approval?
  2. Have you submitted your thesis in .pdf format? and attached any supplementary files?
  3. For microfilming purposes, did you complete the Theses Non-Exclusive License  form? (See Section 9.1 .)
  4. Is the universal copyright notice © included on your title page?
  5. Is your title page formatted correctly using the appropriate wording? (See Section 6.3.)
  6. Are all pages numbered consecutively (including figures, back matter, etc.)? (See Section 6.1 )
  7. Is the print clear and legible on every page?
  8. Have you consulted with your academic department/faculty to determine if the department/supervisor require bound copies to meet Faculty/department degree requirements for graduation?
  9. Where bound (paper) copies of your thesis are required by your Faculty/department, check the order of pages and the quality of photocopying after duplication (See Section 6.2.)
  10. Have you completed and submitted an Intention to Graduate/Program Completion Form informing your academic department that you have completed all of your degree requirements including the submission/deposit of your thesis? (available in your department or the Graduate Studies Office)
